Temporary Booking Terms & Conditions During Covid-19

BOOKING TERMS

A deposit is required to secure your accommodation. Payment for ferry crossings booked through the hotel must be made at the time of booking.
This deposit is non-refundable although fully flexible if your booking needs to be moved due to anything Covid-19 related. We therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.
Any outstanding balance of your booking is due 48hrs prior to arrival.
Should you require any amendment ferry bookings made through the hotels, an administration fee of £5 will be added to your booking.
If you do not have pre-booked meals, or decide to arrive late or depart early, we are unable to offer a refund or discount. We therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19

Temporary Cancellation Policy -During the Covid-19 pandemic, you can now cancel your booking up to 48 hours before day of arrival. Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within the next 12 months without any administration fee. We are also able to amend your ferry travel if booked through the hotel, free of charge.

Arrival & Departure

Due to additional cleaning, rooms are not guaranteed until 3pm on your arrival day. Please do not arrive at the hotel prior to 2pm as we do need to limit the number of guests on site.
Please be advised we do not offer a late check in service, all guests must arrive by 10pm on day of arrival
On your day of departure we kindly request that you check out by 11am. Unfortunately we are not able to offer late check out at present, or allow guests to use hotel facilities after 11am.
