Your stay

Your room is ready from 3pm on the day you arrive, and we ask you to check out by 11am on the day you leave. You are welcome to carry on using the hotel facilities after you have checked out.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Our family rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children (one room sleeps up to 6), for children up to 15 years. Families love the indoor Tropical Pool Experience, the outdoor pool in summer, the play areas and the games rooms. See family holidays.
Can I bring my dog to Luccombe Hall?
Dogs can't stay at Luccombe Hall, but they are very welcome at our sister hotel next door, Luccombe Manor, where every room is dog friendly, for £15 per night.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking at Luccombe Hall is free for guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due on or before arrival. If you cancel by 3pm, 2 days or more before you arrive, you lose the deposit; cancellations after that are charged the full balance. We recommend holiday insurance. Read our booking terms.
