Traditional Christmas Break Programme
23rd December
Rooms will be ready to check into from 3pm onwards but please feel welcome to arrive from 12noon when we will be serving afternoon tea. (Guests staying on our 4 night programme can choose to take their afternoon tea on either 23rd or 24th)
6.30-8.30pm 3 course dinner served in the Grand View Restaurant
8.30-10.30pm Entertainment in The Bishops Bar with Ben Stubbs.
Christmas Eve
Rooms will be ready to check into from 3pm onwards but please feel welcome to arrive from 12noon when we will be serving afternoon tea.
For guests who arrived on the 23rd December, breakfast will be served from 8 – 10am in the Grand View Restaurant.
At 6pm, please join us in The Bishops bar for a pre-dinner Christmas cocktail.
6.30-8.30pm 3 course dinner served in the Grand View Restaurant
8.30-10.30pm Entertainment in The Bishops Bar with Rosie Sales on keyboard and vocals, getting you into the festive spirit.
Christmas Day
8 – 10am Champagne Breakfast in the Grand View Restaurant.
During the morning, check under the Christmas tree in the bar. If you’ve been good, you may find a little something with your name on it.
12.15pm Join us in The Bishops Bar for a pre-lunch glass of Mulled Wine and canapes
1pm A traditional 4 course Christmas Luncheon with all the trimmings is served in the Grand View Restaurant.
8pm If you have room for any more food, a buffet is available in the Grand View Restaurant.
8.30pm –10.30 pm Entertainment in the Bishops Bar with Jules Nelson
Boxing Day
8 – 10am Breakfast in the Grand View Restaurant.
Between 1pm and 2.30pm sharing platters will be served in The Grand View Restaurant
3pm Meet in the bar lounge before joining The Isle of Wight Ghost Experience for a local Ghost walk. On your return to the hotel, warm up by the log fire with hot chocolate and mince pies and listen to local tales of a spooky nature.
6.30 – 8.30pm 3 course dinner served in the Grand View Restaurant.
8.30 – 10.30pm Entertainment in the Bishops Bar with local entertainers Ollie Ducie and Sam Sheasby.
27th December
8 – 10am Start your day with a breakfast served in the Grand View Restaurant.
